Adult Education

YWCA St. Thomas-Elgin offers programs to help improve employment essential skills, computer skills, reading and writing, and math for free.  

These programs are either one-to-one sessions or in a small group setting.

 

Classes Include:

St. Thomas & Aylmer Classes
Monday – Thursday    9:00 am – 2:30 pm

 
West Lorne GED (General Education Development) Preparation Class
Mondays 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm (subject to change)

 
Tutoring
Arranged with tutor or small group

 
We offer continuous entry, childcare and transportation subsidies, and flexible training programs geared to our learner’s needs.
